For help with Slabfy Grader, email team@slabfy.com. Include your app version and a short description of the problem. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.

Start with your free scans

Sign in with Apple or verified email. Basic includes three scan credits each month. Save the guided photos to receive a Slabfy AI grade estimate. You can complete the visible scan flow without voice.

Add a human opinion

When reviewers are available, choose one, two or three different people to review one card. The app shows the total price before Apple checkout. Human reviews are optional purchases on Basic and Pro.

After payment, record the front and back videos. Uploading both sends the saved photos and videos for review. Each person provides a separate grade and explanation. You keep the card at home.

Finish a paid review later

Open the card’s report or Account → Human reviews to continue an unfinished order. If payment is still being confirmed, choose Check payment before trying another purchase. Saved unused purchases do not expire.

A scan or upload stopped

Reopen the saved card and follow its status. Keep the app signed in to the same account. A retake names the specific photo that needs replacing; you do not need to start a new card.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Grader account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can request an App Store purchase refund at Apple’s Report a Problem. Contact us if a paid review is stuck.

Your account and privacy

Use Account → AI privacy to manage optional processing permissions and Account → Delete Account to request deletion. Read the Grader privacy policy.

What a grade means

A Slabfy AI grade estimate or human photo-based opinion is not an official PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC grade. Slabfy Grader does not authenticate or encapsulate cards. It is separate from the Slabfy marketplace.
