Grading only pays when the gap is big enough

A graded card sells for more than a raw one, but you pay for the raw card, the grading fee, shipping, and the selling fee. A flip only works if the graded price beats all of that with room to spare.

Flip Finder does that math for each grade. It takes what the card sells for at that grade, subtracts the fees and what you'd pay raw, and shows what's left.

Plan for the grade you'll probably get

Every flip assumes a grade. A 10 can look great on paper, but not every card comes back a 10. Check the 9s too: if the flip still works at a 9, it's a safer buy.

Look at how many sales back each number. A grade with plenty of recent sales is a number you can trust. One with none is a guess, and Flip Finder marks it that way.

What is Flip Finder?

Flip Finder is Slabfy's grading profit calculator. On any card, it shows each PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC grade that would turn a profit, with net profit and ROI after fees, shipping, and grading.

How does Flip Finder work out profit?

It starts with what the card sells for at that grade, from completed sales. Then it takes off the eBay selling fee, shipping, the grading fee, and what you'd pay for a raw copy. ROI is that profit divided by everything you put in.

Which grading companies does it cover?

PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC. Each grade that would profit shows up as its own option, best first.

Where does the raw price come from?

The cheapest raw copy listed on eBay, with shipping counted. When none are listed, Flip Finder says so and uses an estimate.
