What's Fy?
Your card buddy. Call it, text it, or talk to it in the app: it prices cards from a photo, logs sales, lists on eBay, and helps you haggle at shows. It works even with no signal: just call or text its number. A call uses its length; a text or chat uses about a quarter minute. Need more? Packs start at $4.99.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Choose monthly Collector, Collector Plus, or Dealer, add a payment method, and pay nothing for 14 days. The trial includes 5 Fy minutes to try; your plan's full Fy minutes start with your first payment, or right away if you start your plan early. After that, your plan renews automatically at the regular monthly price unless you cancel. Annual plans are billed upfront. Shop begins at its regular price.
What happens after the free trial?
Your saved payment method is charged your plan's regular monthly price and the plan renews automatically. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before renewal with no cancellation fee.
Is AI-powered card identification included?
Yes. Every paid plan includes it with no per-scan fee. To protect the service, unusually high use may pause temporarily; contact us if you need help. We never charge you extra automatically.
What can I track? Just slabs?
Slabs, raw cards, and sealed wax across sports and Pokémon. Graded pricing covers PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC, whose grade moves a card's price on its own. Other grading companies are read and tracked, and price against the raw card. Sealed wax is tracked; it is not priced like a card.
I manage more than 10,000 cards. What plan do I need?
Shop ($149/mo) lets you manage up to 25,000 cards at a time and includes everything in Dealer, plus bulk scanner import, storage bins and printable labels, and your books and tax packet. If you need more, Enterprise uses custom pricing, starts with 50,000 cards, and can be sized to your operation.
What happens if I reach the Shop card limit?
There are no automatic overage charges. Shop includes up to 25,000 cards you can manage. If you need more, contact Sales about Enterprise. It uses custom pricing, starts with 50,000 cards by default, and can be sized to your operation. We'll agree on capacity and pricing with you before your plan changes.
What counts toward the card limit?
A card or wax item you own, a card in an open Price Check, or consignment inventory that is draft, active, or on hold. Closed or archived Price Checks and sold, returned, completed, cancelled, or archived history stay readable and do not use capacity.
Does Slabfy take a cut of my sales?
No. Every Slabfy plan has 0% Slabfy transaction fees, so Slabfy never takes a percentage of your sale. Third-party processor, card-network, wallet, and marketplace fees may still apply when you use those services.
How much is the annual Shop plan?
New annual Shop subscriptions are $1,499/year — $124.92/month equivalent, saving $289 (about 16%) versus paying monthly. Existing annual Shop subscribers keep their current renewal price while continuously subscribed.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Self-serve plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled anytime, with prorated upgrades. Enterprise capacity, pricing, and terms are agreed with you before anything changes.
Which grading companies do you support?
Graded pricing — where the grade itself sets the price — covers PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC. Slabfy also reads and tracks TAG and many smaller grading companies; those slabs are priced against the raw card, because that is how they trade.
