How does the 14-day free trial work?
Choose monthly Collector or Plus, add a payment method, and pay nothing for 14 days. After that, your plan renews automatically at the regular monthly price unless you cancel. Annual plans are billed upfront. Pro and Shop begin at their regular prices.
What happens after the free trial?
Your saved payment method is charged the regular monthly Collector or Plus price and the plan renews automatically. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before renewal with no cancellation fee.
What is Ask Fy?
Fy is your AI card agent — ask it anything about your collection, the market, what to grade, what to flip. Built into the app and growing fast.
Is AI-powered card identification included?
Yes. Every paid plan includes it with no per-scan fee. To protect the service, unusually high use may pause temporarily; contact us if you need help. We never charge you extra automatically.
What can I track? Just slabs?
Slabs, raw cards, and sealed wax boxes — everything in your collection. PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, TAG, plus sealed product across sports and Pokémon.
I manage more than 10,000 cards. What plan do I need?
Shop ($149/mo) lets you manage up to 25,000 active assets at a time and includes everything in Pro, plus bulk scanning, storage bins and printable labels, automatic price updates, and Fy Autopilot. If you need more, Enterprise uses custom pricing, starts with 50,000 active assets, and can be sized to your operation.
What happens if I reach the Shop asset limit?
There are no automatic overage charges. Shop includes up to 25,000 actively managed assets. If you need more, contact Sales about Enterprise. It uses custom pricing, starts with 50,000 active assets by default, and can be sized to your operation. We'll agree on capacity and pricing with you before your plan changes.
What counts as an actively managed asset?
An owned card or wax item in your portfolio, a card in an open Price Check, or draft/active/on-hold consignment inventory. Closed or archived Price Checks and sold, returned, completed, cancelled, or archived history stay readable and do not use capacity.
Does Slabfy take a cut of my sales?
No. Every Slabfy plan has 0% Slabfy transaction fees, so Slabfy never takes a percentage of your sale. Third-party processor, card-network, wallet, and marketplace fees may still apply when you use those services.
How much is the annual Shop plan?
New annual Shop subscriptions are $1,499/year — $124.92/month equivalent, saving $289 (about 16%) versus paying monthly. Existing annual Shop subscribers keep their current renewal price while continuously subscribed.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Self-serve plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled anytime, with prorated upgrades. Enterprise capacity, pricing, and terms are agreed with you before anything changes.
