1. Acceptance
By using Slabfy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. What Slabfy Is
Slabfy is an AI-powered platform for managing sports card and trading card operations. It provides portfolio tracking, card pricing, market analysis, consignment management, storefront tools, and an AI assistant. Slabfy is not a marketplace, exchange, or financial advisor.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person, one account — no sharing credentials or creating multiple accounts.
4. Your Data
You own your data. Card portfolio information, transaction history, and collection data you enter into Slabfy remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI Features & Pricing Data
Slabfy's AI features (BUY/SELL/HOLD verdicts, grade ladder analysis, sentiment analysis, Ask Fy) are informational tools, not financial advice. Card values and market data are derived from publicly available sales data and proprietary analysis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing data or AI recommendations. Use your own judgment when making buying and selling decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't use Slabfy to scrape data for competing services, automate bulk actions that degrade the platform, misrepresent yourself or your inventory, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. MCP Server & API
Slabfy's MCP server is provided for AI assistant integration. Public tools are rate-limited. Authenticated access requires OAuth authorization. Do not abuse the API or use it in ways that could harm the platform or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Slabfy is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses resulting from card buying/selling decisions made using our platform, inaccuracies in pricing or market data, service interruptions, or data loss beyond what is covered by our standard backup procedures.
